April 10 is Siblings Day was founded by Claudia Evart who lost both a brother and a sister. April 10 is the birthday of her late sister, Lisette. The Siblings Day Foundation was incorporated in 1997.
In Europe, Siblings Day is sponsored by the European Large Families Confederation which represents the social and economic interests of families with children.
