Dedication of the Brandenburg Concertos

On March 24, 1721, Johann Sebastian Bach dedicated a collection of six instrumental works to Christian Ludwig, Margrave of Brandenburg. They are referred to as the Brandenburg Concertos and considered some of the best orchestral compositions of the Baroque era.
